Sacre Bleu - Piriformis Syndrome

I did a little searching on the web last night and I think I have found a name for my pain - "piriformis syndrome". It's somehow related to the sciatic nerve. Great. The article says it can take weeks to months to recover. Great.

I found a couple good articles on home treatment. Anybody know anything about this stuff?
