Catching Up
These are busy times.
Luckily, I don't sleep late anymore. I was up today, Saturday, at 4 AM. This gave me the opportunity to catch up on my blog reading and all the recorded triathlon shows on the DVR. It's been a couple weeks since I've had a chance to sit down a catch up on things.
Not much planned this weekend - thank goodness! We are planning to go to a birthday party today, then we have a big grocery shopping trip planned. We gotta get all the fix'uns for the Thanksgiving feast we'll host later in the week. I'm planning to get in a 5mi run and a couple hours on the bike at some point, but nothing heavy duty- thank you recovery week!
