Hi Sweetie,
Thanks for including me in your blog. I have been dixouraged at my lack of wieght loss lately so I upped my exercise to the next level. I'm went to level 5 on my bike It started out great pushing me to go longer at the 114 rpm's but then came the final push when the screen flashed beck to 114 but the resistance maxed at 10. I was groaning. I kept at it but never got it up passed 80rpm's ugh!! I'll keep trying.

I've been noticing that too. More and more races are becoming non-sanctioned. I don't know enough about the USAT and all that stuff to know why, though.
