Housekeeping

I'm making some changes to the blog. Hopefully it won't be too messy.

1. Pictures - I added a ton of new (well, ok, old) pictures to Flickr.
   


2. Template updates - I'm moving around some stuff into archive pages to tidy things up. I'm also playing with some new colors, etc.
3. Updated some of the links on the right -->
4. I'm also playing with an idea for a new weekly "feature" post that will attempt to merge the principles of Project Management with Triathlon.
